"Don't Throw Yer Crap All Over Texas"? Witch Proposes Hexing Litterers
The Wicked Witch of West Texas thinks she has the solution for the litter problem that plagues the state of Texas. It's long been known that Texans just don't understand the current "Don't Mess With Texas" slogan, preferring to think that it's an expression of how big and tough they are, rather than a message that they shouldn't throw trash all over the place.
"Don't Mess With Texas," Mr. Bubba Tom, explained recently, "is 'cuz Texans'll wrastle you to the ground and hog tie ya'll if ya'll aren't careful."
The Wicked Witch of West Texas has an idea about how to solve the littering problem. She wants to throw a hex on the state that will turn every litterer into a different strange critter upon the collision of litter with ground. She's already experimented with the concept and says it leaves no repeat offenders.
The West Texas Tumbleweed does not support such drastic measures, and hopes a better solution can be worked out. In the mean time, don't throw your crap all over Texas.
